The husband and I have been dealing with this, as it’s been a particularly stressful year. There’s a feeling like we used to be able to do it all but we also had fewer responsibilities then.

I try to build in transition times as a rule. So if we have to wake up at 7, I’ve got an alarm at 7:13 so we can snuggle until then. If we have to leave at 8, everything turns off at 7:50 so there’s time to pack and potty before we run out the door, adjust as needed and that’s helped a lot.
