Yes, but also important to let people know that it doesnāt have to be all or nothing. Because some people canāt fix all of their own meals or canāt be at home for the day, some effort is better than none. I would hate to have people driven away because they feel they canāt do it perfectly.

I found listening to autobiographies narrated by the author, preferably someone I knew of and enjoyed their voice, was my gateway to audiobook listening. Viola Davis, Amy Poehler, and Tom Feltonās autobiographies are all excellent on audio.
