Redeploy the initial PIP decision makers as they are habitually overruled on appeal . After making that saving for the taxpayer I look forward to hearing at PMQs where the 250,000 disability confident jobs are that enable these cuts . Defence ? Construction ?

Not been well since February and to keep going I treat myself to the odd inspirational item for the home office . Having recently read the attached here on BlueSky I have purchased a small plastic lobster and introduced him/her/it to my menās health group yesterday š

An effective system would be good . Starter for ten letās redeploy the people on first PIP decision stage as they are habitually overruled at taxpayer expense anyway .

There is a safety net . Itās Ā£96k per year with a performance review of a job with no job description every 5 years .

This is such a good analogy I think I shall purchase a small lobster model for our next mens health group meeting .

A petition debate is a good starter for ten if you can get 100k signatures . The debate doesnāt change the law but itās a good way of seeing if an idea has legs .

MPs donāt have job descriptions or performance standards or attendance requirements . It seems bizarre to me we pay Ā£96k for people to represent us but donāt run it like any other business . It seems to be the ultimate blank cheque for 5 years .

Feel free to head towards the UK . We need an AI hub , two new runways , a lot of recycled plutonium safely disposing of , 1.5 million new homes , a reformed healthcare system , step change in military capability , partridge in pear tree , etc .

Backpacks are ace . My ex NATO one has served me well . I delivered the post out of it for Royal Mail in 2023 . 35l just right size and twin straps means no muscular issues from using their single strap satchel to shift 15kg .

Ah I see some of the jobs that are supposed to fund the PIP cuts Nov 2026 swim into view . So I assume next we see a plan from DWP regarding how these roles are to be filled seeing as āPlan for changeā doesnāt mention the disabled just early years .

Not just young people . Age discrimination in the UK job market is well documented at both ends of the age spectrum . How do you build a community when those over 50 for example donāt have same access to work as those under 50 ? Universal Basic Income ?

A new report may soon reveal that benefit cuts without oversight or a clear pathway to disability confident jobs drove away voters from Labour at the upcoming local elections 1.5.25 .

Itās not an echo chamber . It is an online platform for the advancement of cats masquerading as an online platform for the advancement of humans .
