ffmpeg -loop 1 -i image.png -i audio.wav -c:v libx264 -tune stillimage -c:a aac -shortest out.mp4
(you're only missing the "-loop 1" and "-shortest" but the tune makes it encode a bit better)

Ooh, I thought of Dorf Romantik, too, but veered to Townscaper 'cos for me personally, when my cognitive capacity is low (it's fluctuated wildly since the 2nd time I had COVID), I get frustrated with Dorf Romantik quickly, in a way I don't with Townscaper.
But these things vary from person to person
