What makes a “riot” out of a protest is when cops attack. Just like when they jump you while yelling “stop resisting,” or say they “feared for their life” when they shoot an unarmed child. Cops justify their own violence by people they attack trying in any way not to be injured by police violence.

Made myself some tofu no-egg salad for lunch (tofu, vegan mayo, turmeric, garlic, herbs, olive oil, kala namak, veggie bouillon powder with onion, celery and sunflower seeds), and it was delicious. But I ate *all* of it and now I'm full of tofu salad and regret.

I made soy lime tofu salad and it might be best thing I've tasted in forever. frozen/defrosted tofu, drained, soaked in soy sauce & lime juice, a dozen tiny tomatoes, celery, bell pepper, carrot, and romaine chopped up, finely diced sweet red & yellow onion, vegan mayo, greek yogurt (not vegan)
