Imo this is part of why you'll see center-left folks sell out and go full right-wing when they get a following. The left holds people accountable, often viciously. That's not profitable for public figures. The right will pay you to say slurs, you don't have to temper your beliefs at all.

This is not the right way to fight for Palestine. Killing civilians is wrong. Period. This kind of action would obviously lead to heavier scrutiny and hate against Palestine and its supporters at a time when the tide was starting to shift. That being said... this reeks in a CIA kind of way.

I guess most of Gen Z is too young to remember those AI chatbots that used to be on the internet. The bots would always end up racist because people would "teach" it racist things and/or they'd end up so riddled with nonsense they became useless. Feels pretty obvious that that would happen again.
