My understanding is that artists who do commercial work for vtubers will often have a commercial fee that's just a percentage of the base price.
eg: 200% (aka double) the base price
I personally charge a flat rate for commercial fees. It's really up to you how you'd like to go about it. 😊

It's totally fine to set your boundaries wherever you want. I personally don't accept a lot of commercial work barring some exceptions. But in my own experience, there are quite a few vtubers who are happy to pay for non-commercial work. You'd just need to specify that in your Terms of Service.

As someone who has done commercial work and made art for vtubers:
It really depends. Some vtubers will treat it like paying you to draw their OC, others will treat it like a proper business transaction. Usually the former are smaller vtubers who aren't able to commercialise their character(s) yet.

I sent out a couple business invoices fairly recently and PayPal itself prompts you to check whether you want specific info to be shown.
I double checked just now and the information I didn't want shown wasn't visible on the invoices I sent out. 👍
