I think we have a lot of talent coming though in the u18 and u20s. I am quietly optimistic but I also hope the pathways are better for them

I do agree. but I still feel a strategy would do wonders. They say they want the top Welsh players in the pwr back playing in wales - er how😂where are all the u18 and u20s going to play? There’s big gaps. The CC was / is a massive step forward but we don’t know the future for that either

I don’t disagree at all, and I wanted that from the start: but I want to see a clear strategy. I also feel it was a bit weird how it was just announced as if they just cba and want the clubs to do it all. The wording is far too woolly atm.
