I was thinking this morning about how when I was 5, my grandfather would blow smoke rings for me to put my finger through.
Then I realized my kids don’t know a single person who smokes cigarettes/cigars. That feels unfathomable even just 20 years ago.

The fact you’re noticing and wanting to get involved tells me the most important box is being checked. No one size fits all but empowering her, maybe giving her a third voice to speak to/listen to, doing things that allows her to find her confidence etc etc
