Yes. Our 'Sunday roast' was mostly luncheon meat, boiled potatoes and peas with gravy. Then tinned fruit cocktail and carnation cream. There was only one grape in the fruit cocktail - I hoped to get it but in a family of nine the chances were low! 😂

Hard to imagine it would turn out otherwise - a one issue limited company masquerading as a party designed to hoover up cash from the gullible and led by an egotist too used to an easy ride from the media and who clearly resents the slightest scrutiny. It's almost designed to implode.

It’s absolutely sickening. And in the same way, Remembrance Sunday has been appropriated and cheapened to the point of vulgarity by those who have purposely forgotten. Men like my Grandad, who actually fought in WW2, would be disgusted by these bar room warriors.

😂 My Great Gran used to smoke these filterless bad boys. Up to 100 a day😱 - she could smoke a whole one without the ash dropping. She was known as “Fagash Lil” to her friends. She lived until she was 99!

And it's an American Coastguard photograph of American troops landing on the American controlled Omaha Beach. A famous image known as "Into The Jaws of Death" by Robert F Sargent www.christies.com/en/lot/lot-5...

A staggering achievement of logistics. Such a shame that man's greatest moments of cooperation only surface during wartime.
