When very young my mom took me into Dayton, Ohio by bus. The city was bustling with people/buildings. I was looking forward to being an architect-being a part of it all. Then they disassembled it. I knew then to move. Decades later it still struggles, because of poorly educated GOP decision makers.

AHF = Aids Healthcare Foundation and ACQC = Aids Center of Queens County. Both provide healthcare services for a variety of issues, I believe free of charge. AHF is worldwide. SimpleTwig was also the Architect of Record for their Brooklyn location on Atlantic Avenue. For the care they provide 👏👏👏

FAR encourages thin envelopes in order to maximize interior spaces. This results in thermal bridging which undermines energy efficiency, unlike what can be achieved with continuous insulation.
Changing gross square footage to net within the perimeter would encourage alternative building methods.
