To turn off the new control help that shows up in Sims 4 , go to Game Options > Tutorials & Tips > Disable Help Center Icon & Controls Legend and it will go away.

Just a heads-up: after the latest patch, youβll want to search for "Custom" instead of "Phone" in S4S to find your in-game pictures. Structure seems to have changed a bit!
