Longterm, it might be helpful to get some bloodwork done (vitamin/mineral deficiencies) or to check in with a doctor about getting him other minerals that are important for electrolytes like magnesium, potassium, and calcium. In the meantime, a bag of chips might be the easiest in the moment option.

Have him eat something salty. Electrolytes can be replenished through food. I read he has sensory sensitivities and is picky so have him eat a small snack bag of chips before/after activities where he’ll be sweating a lot. I’m not a doctor so take with a grain or bag chips worth of salt. Good luck 💛
