Anduril and its fellow travelers are not interested in winning any future war, they're interested in duping the DoD into honest-to-God forever wars with moderate-to-high attrition rates to milk the Pentagon for money and then telling them "welp that's just Next-Gen Warfare gib moar monies pl0x"

I think SpX has laundered earnest testing failure value into an entire ethos of "blowing up is good", it stops being fine after a certain point, esp for full scale prototype
