I have Scholl in my family history, but we’ve never traced to see if we’re related. At most it would be some ridiculously distant cousin, but the name connection was what made me read The Short Life of Sophie Scholl in 6th grade.
I’m antifa for life.

She wants a golden dome. She’s more likely to get a golden shower. As though this regime could get any more prurient.

We visited St. Peter of the Hills in Basalt, CO. They do services outside during the summer season (I mean, is there a better reredos than the Rockies and skies?). And there was an ice cream social after. Beautiful service, wonderful homily from rector Wendy Huber.

Alan Alda did a series on AI on his Clear + Vivid podcast. It was about 18months ago, but it’s very interesting.

Youth Sunday: blessings for all the students hitting a milestone grade continuation or graduation. Excellent homily by one of the high school seniors and music from several of the youth.
And then our organist paid homage to May the Forth by playing the Star Wars theme as a postlude.
