Especially if you already suffer from mental health issues, or you spiral easily, get bouts of depression from how awful everything is, etc etc, PLEASE use every tool at your disposal to protect yourself.

And frankly, for the majority of people, there's truly no reason to know every little thing that happens.
Trust me, even with a a muted word list, you'll still get the broad strokes. You won't be less informed in a meaningful way.
The only difference is that you won't be receiving chip damage 24/7

Why do they even let users add other users to group chats at all??? Like, with no invite system to ask if they want to be put into the group????? You can't even block these groups so they just keep re-adding you when you leave, it's so obnoxious. Twitter is a cesspool
