I have. You don't like what should have been done due to being a coward and/or a Trump dictator fan. Which one is it? Are you a coward who thinks upholding the Constitution is wrong? Or do you just like Trump?
comment in response to post
Ah you're one of those worthless cowards who thinks enforcing the Constitution would have been a coup, but that J6 wasn't. Pathetic.
comment in response to post
No, the point is elections should not be a get out of jail card and for almost everything they aren't. Unfortunately Biden and people like you accepted they were, and accepted they were for insurrection and a literal violent attack on the US capitol.
comment in response to post
Uhm? You seek pre-trial jail as was standard and treat Trump equal under the law to other similar defendants instead of giving him hugely preferential treatment that did huge damage to national security and huge damage to the Constitution and country.
comment in response to post
I mean letting Trump walk around free for years after a violent insurrection where the US Capitol was literally attacked was actually really really bad and dangerous, especially after we found he stole top secret national security docs too. Like I don't get why people like you can't see that.
comment in response to post
It was pathetic that Colorado and other states had to do what Biden was too cowardly to do. Also that case said Colorado couldn't do it, not that the Executive couldn't.
comment in response to post
Again that was way after J6 and in all the time in-between Biden did zip, zero to enforce the 14th as was his Constitutional duty.
comment in response to post
What are you talking about? The DOJ never even attempted to seek pre-trail jail even though it was standard in national security cases like Trump's. They gave trump hugely preferential treatment and endangered national security to do so.
comment in response to post
Basically it was like if they had let Bin Laden walk around free in the USA after 911 due to him running for an elected office after he had already carried out the attack.
comment in response to post
Nor did Biden or Garland go after Trump's numerous other crimes from his first term, notably the stuff Mueller (an R) was like "Hey I can't prosecute this stuff, but if there ever is anyone who can, they really really should." Wink wink.
comment in response to post
And then when this known violent insurrectionist was also caught with stolen top secret national security docs they still let him walk around free despite the standard being pre-trial jail even in much less serious cases. They never even tried for jail. It was a huge national security failure.
comment in response to post
No they actually didn't. Biden didn't even try to enforce the 14th sec 3 as was his duty (remember it was a case that was due to State local action). Further he via Garland let a known violent insurrectionist who literally lead an attack against the US Capitol walk around free.
comment in response to post
And ya a lot of allowing elections to be a get out of jail free card was due to Biden.
comment in response to post
This is dumb. We don't make elections a get out of jail free card for other crimes. It was insane we did it for insurrections of all things.
comment in response to post
There really needs to be a global war on the right wing.

It usually not people you've blocked given the way bluesky works. Rather, the reason you see "blocked" is due to the quoter or quoted blocking one another, and it only needs to be one side blocking to prevent all 3rd parties from viewing something.

But they absolutely are...
comment in response to post
You realize your view of Trump voters shows so little respect for them, that it implies they should be declared legally incompetent? I mean if they didn't vote for this, then they are so worthless and dumb that it would be negligent not to declare all Trump voters as legally incompetent.
comment in response to post
What the OP doesn't realize is his view of Trump voters is so low that it implies that they are all so worthless and moronic that it would be negligent of people like him to not seek that Trump voters be declared legally incompetent in all matters.
comment in response to post
Too much Trump to redact.
comment in response to post
More talking the ex post facto nature of it, as our system is so corrupted there are many areas where I doubt it can hand out proper justice.
comment in response to post
Eh you argue so many things and theories, that some of them naturally conflict or can't co-exist with some of your other arguments and theories. Is that due to you not believing some of them sincerely or just a product of thinking you have to have some new insight every few days??? Who knows

In regards to your deleted thread:

We need more than that. We are going to have to have Nuremberg style justice to fix all of this.
comment in response to post
The pick of Garland (and allowing him to stick around doing basically nothing) still ultimately rests with Biden. Biden also never did anything to enforce the 14th sec 3 as was his duty.
comment in response to post
Not his age, but he failed to properly handle J6 which absolutely should have been used to dismantle and destroy much of the right wing media environment for being active supporters of American hating terrorists.
comment in response to post
Cause the media is just cowards that pay bribes to Trump and right wing hacks.
comment in response to post
Bed in the corner of the picture. So the chair is where Miller is forced to watch?
comment in response to post
Taking into account J6 and they are literally American hating terrorists and traitors. Which also applies to ALL of their voters.

The Matrix had it right with the height of civilization being desktop computers and dumb phones.

Deport all Fed Soc hacks.

Doug Jones. Her political instinct was correct at the time.
comment in response to post
[Which didn't work out sadly, but they wouldn't have even had a shot without Doug Jones].
comment in response to post
So many people also forget that not only was the Al Franken thing the morally right thing to do, but it was also politically correct as Doug Jones almost assuredly doesn't win without it (due to sexual assault issues in that race as well). Which gave the Ds a shot at recapturing the Senate.
comment in response to post
And Schumer needs to get out himself.
comment in response to post
.... which isn't exactly Constitutional...

One of the bigger problems here is I don't think our legal system is designed to deal with pay blatant bribes through said legal system. As it's extortion and bribes pretending to be settlements and lawsuits. Meaning we will need some type of Nuremberg style justice to deal with this (ex post facto)
comment in response to post
Nuremberg, we are so going to need Nuremberg style justice after this.
comment in response to post
So going to need Nuremberg style justice to deal with all of Trump's corrupt pardons.
comment in response to post
Sadly it would likely need Nuremberg style justice to ever hold anyone involved accountable for their crimes. Even as blatant as they are.
comment in response to post
It's not a settlement. It's a blatant bribe pretending to be a settlement.
comment in response to post
Going to need Nuremberg style justice to deal with these blatant bribes.

MAGAts absolutely take pleasure in being dumber than dogshit. They love being worthless morons and lunatics.
comment in response to post
What irony?
comment in response to post
Especially when you have cowards like Biden (and far too many Ds and liberals) who believe upholding oaths and duties to defend the nation and Constitution are off-limits and improper.
comment in response to post
MAGAts are a worthless braindead cult. But having a large cult of worthless American hating morons and scum unfortunately makes one a strong candidate.

Complain and it 20 DCs (i.e. nothing is stopping a Democratic trifecta from making as many states from DC as needed).
