Mid-week brain-zap extravaganza avoided! Was able to get my prescription today after all :') I was 5 hours late on my dose, but the only effect this time is a bad headache. A win, just for me?! Thank you, Jebus!

I have been late on my dose by two hours before (my own weekend screw up) and that was a mistake I've only had to make once. Gonna be an outright wraith by Friday.

Of course I know that the subconscious can dictate the general vibe of your dreams, but to experience it in such a "hey asshole, pay attention" type of way was pretty fantastic.

I went to the dentist in January for what I thought was unrelated tooth pain - nope. I had been clenching and grinding the absolute shit out of my teeth during the night. I had a night guard made, and haven't had a single nightmare about my teeth shattering since I've been sleeping with the guard.
