I was in the same boat (pay-to-pay, no insurance) but after visiting the dentist at least I knew what I was up against and could budget for it if I could. Believe me there were so many things I wish they could do on the spot like pull a chipped tooth but knew I’d have to wait months to pay for it.

As someone who was in the same boat, the best thing you can do is go, have them looked at, and find out what the damage is. You know your teeth are bad. They're gonna see your teeth are bad. They see bad teeth all the time. Make an appointment and get the process started on getting a plan together.
