Can they please just take notifications from google. They are beyond useless.

Cooking can be intimidating. Happy you are venturing into it more.

My escape books are the normalish scifi and fantasy. That's kind of the only way I unwind anymore.

I am intrigued, is remote an option or hybrid/onsite?

For bug reports is it just send you an e-mail? Or is there another way? It seems like I have to keep re-logging in and giving auth for my bluesky account.

Crunchyroll? Or is that not in the UK.

Also make sure you book stuff that you really want to do ahead of time. Any museums and things. But honestly when we did the trip I only planned a couple things, like the Anne Frank house, big museums and winged it for most other things. Just kind of immersed ourselves in the city.

Pick a hotel that is in the middle of everything we stayed at The Hoxton thehoxton.com/amsterdam/he... Really cool vibe, the tram is only a block away and a lot great stuff is within walking distance. Bed was meh, but that is majority of hotel beds for me.

I had an amazing trip a couple years ago if you want any recommendations. For food or anything. Not sure if you've been before or not. Get this fucking cookie either way though: vanstapele.com/en/home/ Order a couple days ahead to avoid the line.

I know it's not a Bluesky thing but this and the Home Depot one is a very amusing pattern that is going viral. How do we build community, "I'm gonna fucking fight you but we need to coordinate that shit."

I will say, this guy and his stupid living room is a nice distraction from every fucking thing else.

I see the wife continues to not be involved.

Senator that is using an old...procedural thing? Basically you can filibuster in the senate, and as long as you keep talking you grind everything to a halt. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Filibus...

My understanding is that when NVME or SSDs fail you can still read data but you can't write data anymore. superuser.com/questions/81...

On...top of the tile, just let someone drill through the tile? Is it a post tension slab? There is layers of idiocy.

Great time for desktop processors with the amd 9800x3d. Not a great time for discrete GPUs. Not that any time seems to be a great time to get a GPU.

Oh yeah, sorry, didn’t mean Discord wouldn’t be best in this case. More was just curious.
comment in response to post
Was there an atproto Discord competitor going? I remember seeing some mockups.

I expect open discussions on the War Thunder forums next.

I am lurk.

I'm waiting for you to be sponsored by Chewy for just showing off things for Adonis.

This made me think of Robot House.

Is it the relay or PDS that has the large space requirement? I thought that was the main thing with scaling.

I hate how much I can smell some of these pictures.

I can see the front page being worth it but I guess I never knew what kind of content was supposed to go up there. Like the forums generate content and it's easy to find that on the forums? I guess if you want a way to distribute that more, like what you do with the podcast and here.
comment in response to post
I don't know if the front page is worth it though?

After the Gamemaker intros, if you're curious about other general engines out there I like code monkey: youtu.be/AmGSEH7QcDg

Unity politics aside, I'm primarily a unity dev. So, happy to answer any general questions. For resources if you are interested in learning how to code, any beginner level course on coding should get you going. Unity is C# and Unreal is C++ as I'm sure you know, but the concepts are more important.
comment in response to post
Indeed.

Fighting with the initialization setup we have for kicking off a unity webgl context with the rest of the react stuff we have going on. I might be losing.

It's not atproto but app.thestorygraph.com seems to be the go to goodreads alternative.

I think, in this case, they just hauled it a second time.

Lex is in the mode of wanting to play with the dogs. #pets

I think it would be great.

Yep.

We need more songs about elevators.

I like the dev stuff, also your takes in general. I'm getting back into react/JS stuff which I know very little about so all potential people that know would be helpful :).

As a daily driver it's a better truck in my opinion.
comment in response to post
I don't really consider it a truck for...truck stuff. If you by truck stuff it's supposed to be doing work truck things. For what I need, and camping and outdoors stuff it's kind of perfect. It fits that niche that I like anyway. Also having the frunk + gear tunnel for locking storage.

Range and towing aside, I do like instant torque though.
