I don’t understand this trend of people going to corporate stores to work there for free. Sure, you see a messy aisle and stressed workers while you’re shopping and decide to help. But going to Target to work for 8 hours for free??? If you’re going to donate your time do it for a small business 🤨

#DoorDash needs an “I’m sober” option in the settings. I ordered lunch. I work at an addiction recovery center. 50% of the things it’s pushing for DoubleDash are liquor. It’s 1:30 in the afternoon! Ngl I ordered margaritas on there during the pandemic… but people’s sobriety status changes 🤔

I’ve been doing well lately, all things considered…but I think I’m scared to admit that because it took so little for it to all fall apart in 2023. I’m terrified of it happening again. The reality of knowing I can’t control if I have psychosis again and I just have to try to be aware is heavy.
