I feel you with that; one funny thing, is how it’s much easier to talk to people you already know. It’s always the getting to know people in the first place that’s the real difficult hurtle.

My issue, is the concern that there will be a big influx of Nazis from Twitter.

No; it’s still up

Maybe go through the list of everyone following him first; and block them too.

Thanks for ruining it!

Well those people seriously need to pull their heads out of their arses; because their attitudes are not dissimilar to the fascists they claim to hate.
comment in response to post
Anyone who’s fighting against fascism is the right side to be on.

Exactly….any fucking form of solidarity would be nice; not just hollow lip service.

If they aren’t willing to help; they aren’t real allies. And I think it’s time people called them out on it. It’s like how you have people who claim to be allies; but still support JK Rowling….all they need to do is not buy her shit; not that hard.

Then I highly recommend it

If you like the classic Doom games, but wanna see it with a darker moodier style; it’s highly recommended.

You can get the remaster on steam, or whichever moden platform you want. It was basically Doom 3, before Doom 3; and was the last game of the classic era of Doom.
comment in response to post
Right now is the time we’ll learn who the real allies are; and who just pretends to make themselves look good.
comment in response to post
Yeah; that’s a really fucking rude thing to do.
comment in response to post
Let’s be honest; if you read the label, you would have put it on anyway

It’s a game that deserves more love
comment in response to post
Exactly; it was the darker more atmospheric swan song of the classic Doom era. It’s also got the most consistently enjoyable stages as well.

They’re Korean snack, is basically just salted roasted seaweed. At the time, I was trying out some Asian snacks, and that was one I really took to.
comment in response to post
Seriously though, roasted seaweed is really good; you should try it.
comment in response to post
Good to know
comment in response to post
But one of my favourite snacks these days turned out to be roasted seaweed….so I figure it certainly doesn’t hurt to try new things.

That might be a little harder here in Australia. Hence my being a lot more unfamiliar.

I’m going to die on that hill.
comment in response to post
Ohh, that makes sense. That means you’d also have a good idea which ones are, and aren’t safe to eat. That’s actually something I’d be willing to try; if the opportunity presented itself.
comment in response to post
I’m intrigued, have you eaten cacti as an outdoor camping type thing?
comment in response to post
Because someone stuck him an a barrel, and pushed him down hill.

Yay us!

I can muddle though okay without seeming odd to others, but for me it’s always a struggle. Given that I’m in my late 30’s, I’m starting to doubt it’ll get easier

It’s what I try to be; I just wish the socialising part was easier.
comment in response to post
Being an introvert is like, if feels like there is some kind of hidden secret of how to socialise with people; but no matter what you do, you can’t figure it out.
comment in response to post
Truely earth shattering
comment in response to post
Well I did used to be back in Twitter as well; but this place just seemed like the ideal place to jump to after that place because a fascist hellhole.
comment in response to post
What a twist!

For me it was around the age 17-18, all the way back in 2004. So I’ve been in the fandom for around 21 years now.

It’s always better to be authentically yourself; rather then worrying what others will think. As they say, “let the freak flag fly”.
comment in response to post
It’s always important to remember that they’re valid.
comment in response to post
That sounds like a nice idea

Being an extrovert must be pretty liberating; being able to talk to anyone you want, when you want? I totally wish I could do that shit.
comment in response to post
Yeah…I feel that
comment in response to post
You’re always flat enough to be a flag yourself.

I can certainly understand this; I remember a while back I did a deep dive into some of the strangest planets that have been discovered. While I probably don’t do it as frequently; it is legitimately an interesting topic, and it’s easy to get absorbed into it.

Watching him pouting, because no one attended it was pretty glorious. You’d think Trump would be used to humiliation at this point; since he humiliates himself constantly.
