Hey so why aren't we admonishing the US for unsanctioned strikes on Iran? When is our nation going to STOP arming Israel?

So the NHL rewards goon thuggery. πŸ™„

I'm sure it's unwatchable on a US feed. Thankfully I'm watching on Sportsnet which is at least functional.

The Panthers are truly the Florida of the NHL.

The refs have been horrendous in this series with getting in Edmonton's way, terrible whistles, dogshit calls... I literally stopped watching hockey because of this shit with the Canucks. I'm seeing now that it's not just them. The NHL is an American corporate league, might be time to boycott it.

I mean it works lol. Not great for the fan's heart health, but the team seems to thrive in desperation 😬

Would be cooler if the refs didn't blow the puck down as offside when it wasn't even touched, giving douchebag Marchand the goal. I'm appalled by how horrible these refs are. And I'm not an Oilers fan... I'm just watching because I want Florida to lose. I want to watch Brad Marchand's dreams die.

When he says "scene" repeatedly he's telling us he's also never read the book. He definitely watched the garbage movie and took none of the point of the writings from it. If trans men have to use women's washrooms what's stopping cis men from claiming to be trans to enter women's spaces?

Please please please do something amazing with this story! Check out the "Logan's Mascots" reels πŸ’• this sweet boy (and Mascot superfan) is in the fight of his life with a rare cancer. I feel like y'all could knock it out of the park. www.instagram.com/rebeccacoyle85

Right on. I hope more reasonable, pragmatic small C conservatives step forward and put the populist dweebs to bed once and for all.

For a child on the spectrum, any deviation from familiarity and routine can be unimaginably difficult and backslide behavioural progress. Idgaf about HIM. But his kid deserves better.

I very specifically hate being the bigger person with regards to Poilievre. But I can't reckon with treating him how he'd treat me, if for no other reason then not to give his supporters ammunition to point at the left and be like "see? They're cruel!" I want him gone. Let him hang himself.
comment in response to post
I don't disagree with you at all that his actions are vile and reprehensible. But just because he only cares about his kids when convenient doesn't mean we should as well. That's all I'm trying to say.

Lol wow.

Well then he's making himself look like a petulant entitled brat by refusing to go.

Plenty of time for the CPC to hold a leadership review Β―\_(ツ)_/Β― Honestly, Pierre looking like a petulant child here refusing to follow the rules is just another length of rope, and as Carney is a fan of the clash, I'd bet he understands the term "give 'em enough rope".

I think it takes a village to raise children. I think it's absurd to expect parents to be insularly responsible for supporting children through any massive life event. Also, why would Scheer evict his boss to move into a place for like 2mo just to have to move again? Pp is vindictive AF.
comment in response to post
"It’s a parents responsibility to ensure their kids are supported during a move, it’s not the public’s responsibility." How else is this to be taken?
comment in response to post
I reread your comment, it appears you mean no families deserve support outside what they can provide themselves, so nvm. This is why I shouldn't be on here before coffee.
comment in response to post
Yeah and moving him out just to move him back in would cost taxpayers as well. I fucking loathe Poilievre and hope the cpc shit can him like yesterday. But if we say families deserve support *unless you're part of the CPC* were no fucking better than they are.
comment in response to post
Jesus dude, I'm not a CPC supporter. I literally have Marx in my username... this is why the left fails, because of the insufferable infighting. Showing compassion to the child of an asshole doesn't make me a supporter of the asshole, chill tf out before attacking people online for no reason. πŸ€¦πŸ»β€β™€οΈ

As much as I loathe him, I actually don't mind he stay there. Potentially uprooting his children's lives twice in short succession for the sake of a smug sense of righteousness isn't worth it. His daughter is non-verbal, she deserves stability even if her dad deserves to sit on a tack.

How does one keep an appetite around such a foul creature?

How did you so perfectly nail Mark Carney from the back of his head? πŸ˜…πŸ˜
comment in response to post
Agreed. And further, I feel he should have put an end to the meeting as soon as dumbass mentioned the 51st state. He did *alright*. But quite frankly, I think he should have shut it down right there. Cut in when the reporter asked and said "absolutely not and if you say it again, we walk."

Weak people see cruelty as strength. That's all you need to know about Trump supporters.
comment in response to post
I have. In my grandfather's last year of life, when his brain was shriveled with dementia. I feel like anyone who has dealt with dementia sees what's happening clear as day. I would be shocked if Trump was alive two years from now.

He's not legally allowed to resign in exchange for anything. So if he gets any kind of sweetheart deal, it should be scrutinized heavily and the party/Pierre should be charged.

Wait why is he so scared of being imprisoned? Did he... Do a bunch of super illegal shit or something?
