In their defense on the commercial side, they rarely rent to national firms in the CWE and try to maintain the local flavor. They've turned away many less-risky national tenants over the years to bet on a local small biz.

Thank you! No injuries but airbags deployed so insurance thinks the car might be totaled. Such a waste due to careless (heavily intoxicated?) driving. If a pedestrian had been in the crosswalk they could have been killed

If a guard is not standing immediately next to a gate, it should be unlocked, obviously. Even if they walk away for 1 minute.
