Labour have cut Winter Fuel Allowance. SNP reinstate this in Scotland. Labour retain the 2 child cap. SNP mitigate the 2 child cap in Scotland. Labour don't pay an additional child payment to lift children out of poverty. SNP pay £26.70 per child per week to families in need.
