I agree. The teachers I follow on YouTube very much limit that wishy crap and tell you what you should be putting where, etc. At least you don't get that in pilates.

I'm on steam deck, which was much more finicky, although following out of date guides made it much harder than it turned to actually be. Assuming the mod I want is working. Won't know till the story conditions are met...

I can just about get my tiny hands using the controls if I rest it in a stand, but it's difficult. No dock or tv. I'm a handheld gamer really these days. Haven't looked into the emulator side of things yet. Modding might be the thing I have a go at, although it's maybe a bit of a pain on the deck.

I got a steamdeck instead. Works perfectly most of the time with joycons. Admittedly I have only played one long game since getting it a month ago, but love it.

I think it's calling stuff copy that makes it confusing. Not really a helpful descriptor.

Possible that a car alarm being set, or a car unlocking can have the same frequency which can set off the doorbell. Ours used to go every time a certain car pulled back into their driveway until we figured it out. Rain also made it go. And possibly dirt, making it not pop up again fully until later.

Ah, so it does work then, as an experience. It's scary, sad, sobberingly good. But I'm a coward, so I won't do it.

Liking you making those two distinctions there.

A non goth, with an almost goth song. Definitely moments there.

Now I'm annoyed that I didn't remember this, to then bet with myself if someone posted it...

This was the track I most expected to be picked, so I'm glad it actually was!

You say that, but I'm seeing a lot of technicolour in that video... ;)

Well, even before clicking on it, I know it's not going to sound like the dratted earworm that seeing the title set off...
I closed my eyes, drew back the curtain, ahaaaaa. Aarrrggghhhh!

His stuff tries to describe or give an insight into the experience of a mind progressively decaying from dementia. The early stages listening are sobbering enough, but I find the more late stages too difficult. Long after I'd found it, I discovered there was a listen to the whole thing challenge.

Hate going to London for this precise reason. I won't use lifts if poss, and need help getting on and off escalators at the right time, as I just can't cope with them. Both mess my knees up and make me feel like I'm still moving for ages after. I'm lucky enough to have working legs, give me stairs!

I don't see it as magic, but extremely advanced science. But yes, no expiation is infuriating.
The Curse of Fenric remains my favourite episode to this day. I liked his era because, trial of a timelord, and e space aside, this was the beginning of story arc in dr who. Not a monster of the week fan.

Ah well. I've been happy to enjoy it again. And the Seventh Dr was my favourite era. Bored of psychotic time people tho.
