I agree it is overreach for the government to tell a business what they have to sell! However billions of public dollars have went to pay for the infrastructure of internet. Let them build their own infrastructure without public funds!

NIH funding should not be funding any research around the world the research that they fund should only be in the United States where they are subject to safety regulations. If you got some foreign scientist it's really great studying something that you want to know more about bring them to the US
