Probably a social democrat rather than what people sign up to as left-wing. Pro-democracy, remainer. Don't like flags other than the pretty colours and shapes. I think I'm funny, I'm probably just an idiot.

Royal event? How about from their food budget too and force them to actually get a job like other pointless royalties around the world have to?

Their argument is illogical then the government has more ability to provide for special needs children (I don't just mean disabled by that). It feels dishonest using that as your argument.

Those are new stories & much after timeline wise, & expanded universe too. My point is that Andor aspires to fit into the film canon, and Lucas peppers these "sacrifice" themes into all the films e.g. Jedi not having relationships, leaving parents behind. I'm not saying your point is invalid though

Wouldn't it be more accurately named "Friday Night RAW"?

Jesus has always been pro-American. He was there, with Uncle Sam, helping murder thousands of native Americans for centuries.

St Andrews really need to stop writing poisonous books.

Possibly... But it also has to fit into the canon. The idea of people leaving their lives behind to join the rebellion was established with Biggs, Laze, and Camie back in A New Hope.

It wasn't Marcus Junius Brutus who planned it. It was Decimus Brutus (amongst others). Junius Brutus was a late recruit and added to lend his historical name.

From the multimillionaires I've met, they all have some insane "keeping up with the Joneses" attitude e.g. they want to compete with some other identified rich person. It's just greedy for the sake of it.

Well that's sad but we've all been living in a world where 66 million people allowed a man to be elected that caused the deaths of 70-85 million. We've let this shit go on for years, it isn't new.

Tell me this is one of those "headless living chickens" where there's a tiny bit of brainstem that allows the pigeon to keep waddling along?

Same. It's not that I'm prejudiced, it's that if you don't block it, it takes over and I'm not interested in seeing that more than one post a year.

The amount of sideline/moonlighting work they all do when they should be wholly focused on their responsibilities to their constituents/country... I have absolutely zero sympathy. Plus, it's a real cashcow for anyone who has fluffed the former leader if they get a peerage.

Like many DuPont products, it stays in the local environment for years, causing pain and cancer, and after it all comes out, denies it caused any problems at all.
