#LNLRND Using existing technology, we could create such a system today. Voter identification and app validation could be done at Post Offices, which are easily accessible to everyone. Post Offices could also install voting computers for use by citizens who do not own phones.

#LNLRND Incoming votes would be held by the central computer until after the due date. Then they would be counted and the results published. The new law would go into effect immediately. (Since direct voting is the "voice of the people", there is no need for the President's approval.)

#LNLRND For voting, the text of a proposal would be posted on the network, along with a due date. Voters would read the proposal on their devices and have until that date to enter "yes" or "no". The secure app would ensure that the voter was the owner of the phone, and each vote would be final.
