We can get our blood drawn at the hospital but they send it out to DynaCare because the gov't doesn't pay the hospital enough to do it themselves. They pay DynaCare more! You can't make sense of it!

The retirement age has risen because people figure they can't afford to live without the steady income. Many people don't have pensions and will only have cpp and oas which often just isn't enough, depending on circumstances.
