What a talent; to capture a small, insignificant moment and turn into a work of art. I have labored in photography and watercolor and am humbled when I see work like this.

Disgusting. Even the Chinese tank driver stopped in Tianamen Square. Yes, the protester was foolish, but a law enforcement officer should know better…

Excellent. Keep pulling back the curtains on this evil clown show

Every time I hear the testimony of these survivors I am saddened and appalled not only that this could happen, but that it was erased. We all need to understand the worst moments of our past along with the best and learn…

Issac Asimov- “The saddest aspect of life right now is that science gathers knowledge faster than society gathers wisdom.” Asimov died in 1992; I wonder what he’d think about us now?

Science-it’s so interesting that we get to see other worlds and learn from them. I know there’s a lot of crazy stuff going on in our world right now, but balancing it out (a little?), some wonders, too. Thanks for this curated tour!!!

OMG, 😂

BREAKING: John Morales just went on air in South Florida and told the truth: hurricane forecasting models are underfunded and outdated. Translation: The U.S. government cut the budget so deep, even seasoned meteorologists can’t track deadly storms. You’re not safe. And they do. Not. Care.

Thanks for this sign off for the day-Lovely!

“We the people…

One of the books I’m reading currently: “The Icarus Syndrome-a history of American Hubris” by Peter Beinart. Mostly a 20th century history of US foreign policy that puts current events into context. Those who ignore history are doomed to repeat it.

Happy Pride! I love this story!

Israel have shown themselves be completely unable to manage Gaza in anything remotely resembling a humanitarian manner. As history has demonstrated many times over, their enthusiasm to destroy their “enemy”, has only the potential to create a new generation of “enemies”. www.bbc.com/news/article...

Awesome work on a bunt!

Omg ...I almost peed my pants 👖 🤪

What beautiful birds. I captured this Great Blue Heron from my kayak near the mouth of the Russian River in Jenner, CA. Lucky shot.
