I used wheat flour for the pastry, but you might substitute with a gluten free alternative? I think it should be possible, maybe a mix of ground nuts and rice flour?

Thx! I also think a lot about how I could use glass in jewellery. One reason is for it's colours and all the possibilities in that, another reason is that it is more friendly to the environment, and cheaper at the same time.

I think it will work fine. I have my chili tree inside every winter for three years now, and even if the leaves get dry, I cut it back a bit, and it gets completely new ones in spring and very nice.
