Saw that and thought I should check when was the last time someone bought a copy of Perilous Places. Someone bought a copy back in March! #pleased

Nice one. Admittedly I didn't spend much time looking, but I could only see it for about ÂŖ50.

UPDATE
Just had a phone call from my cancer nurse. The tumour hadn't made it into the stomach. She says it is a T3. Out of the 24 lymph nodes that they analysed, only one had cancer cells in it. No sign of cancer in any of my blood vessels.

It'd be busier if I were there!

I hate explaining the scoring rules in Azul to people. But I love the game.

I hope it goes well. Sorry to miss it this year.

I thought it was a clever play on words as Tongue rhymes with young.

We can talk about what other events there are after UK Games Expo. Good luck with The Artifact. đ

Thanks. I am going to skip UK Games Expo this year. Even if I feel physically able to (which I doubt I will as it is only a few days away), I think it will be too mentally exhausting âšī¸

I'm being discharged from hospital today đ
My brother and his family are going to look after me for a few weeks while I recuperate.

Physically sore and tired. Mentally good as I think it went almost as well as it could've.

UPDATE
Had my surgery yesterday.
Spoke to surgeon this morning. He said that the tumour had started growing into the stomach. He removed section of the bowel where the tumour was and also made a small removal of the stomach. Chemo to follow to get the bits he didn't.

UPDATE
I am having surgery on Wednesday to remove it. There are signs it may have started spreading. Although there was no visuals of it spreading in the CT images. Hopefully we will know more after Wednesday.

Thanks. Hopefully I will have clarity soon.

Thanks. It's hard as I live by myself and my family is on the other side of the country. But work and friends have been great. Even Sarah, my ex wife has helped out.

Thanks. I believe it will require surgery. If things keep happening quickly I am almost certain to miss UK Games Expo this year. Which is obviously preferable to waiting too long to get this sorted but still disappointing.

But even then I think it was because he knew I'd seen the same thing on the screen that he had and he knew I wasn't stupid. So he was treating me like an adult. Given the choice I wouldve wanted him to wait until it had been confirmed though. 6/6

I really wasn't expecting everything to happen so quickly. And every single member of staff I've interacted with has been fantastic. Only gripe is the doctor telling me I've probably got cancer without it being confirmed. 5/6

I've had the CT scan and am now waiting for the doctors to analyse all the results from scans and biopsies to confirm whether it is cancer. They will have a meeting on Thursday for all their cases and get in contact with me for the next step. The NHS has been bloody fantastic. 4/?

Gastroscopy went fine. During the colonoscopy, the doctor couldn't get past a blockage. He told me afterwards it was probably a cancerous growth. Scheduled a CT scan for 2 weeks after the colonoscopy, which was today.

I had severe anaemia. Booked me into hospital the following day. Spent the day in hospital and had an iron infusion. Referred me to Gastroenterology department. 1 week later I had the appointment and booked a gastroscopy for the following day and a colonoscopy for 10 days later.
