Because I've been married to a nonbinary person for 41 years, and I live in the Bay Area.

I have ADHD, but I wasn't diagnosed until I was 64 years old. It's not an exclusive club.

You did know that Biden was the pope's boy in the Senate and floated several bills to eliminate Roe vs. Wade and he tried to resegregate public schools? And that Harris eliminated diversion programs for trafficking victims and put trans women into men's prisons? www.congress.gov/congressiona...

I can take President Lauren Bobert as our first woman president if you can. I can understand the Democrats losing to Trump once. Shit happens. But twice, with an entire administration in between? With an unprecedented 8.6 increase in electoral votes? That's a huge shift. That's a Blue problem.

Your rant is exactly the same as the one I got on X when I told people my mother was a refugee. You don't care about anything except hating the Red Tribe. 86 electoral votes told you just what the rest of the country thinks of the Dems. Maybe you should listen to them and get your shit together.

The Russians used those test kits as templates to make their own. My neighborhood had all the test kits we needed until Biden took them away and my neighbors started dying again. Biden isn't a hero and you're not a patriot. You're the same kind of hateful angry person you find on X. Blue MAGA

You can get one of your own on Amazon for thirty bucks. Peace Out. And yes, I did find what I was looking for. It's as disappointing as hell, but I found it.

What happens in Russia stays in Russia. I could care less.

I was researching and got the same numbers I got from X. I don't want to be in this Neoliberal Hellscape. I'm already exploring other promotional platforms. Sorry if I've triggered any traumas. Bluesky is not my circus, and you are not my monkeys. The Dude shall abide elsewhere.

I remember that place. I visited it when I was in the merchant marines.

MAGA isn't what you believe or vote for, it's how you react to people who aren't 100% aligned with your views. It's also a reaction to lack of serotonin. Just like Red MAGA, you're looking for a serotonin/adrenaline fix

Democrats are never responsible for anything!!! It's always somebody else's fault. The Democrats didn't lose because they ran somebody who protected killer cops and ended diversion programs for juvenile trafficking victims. They lost because nobody understand their brilliance.

I understand them, alright. I'm sitting here with the Bernays Emotional Response Table and putting your every syllable into a bell curve. This is fascinating. I'm getting the same numbers as when I supported refugees on X.

Please don't be an ass. The Panthers are a Black-led movement, and I'm a white Jew. Besides, I think I was about ten years old and living in Sussex County, NJ, when the Panthers formed. I'm where social services put me, and the Panthers welcomed me and called me neighbor.

I mentioned that Biden cut my food stamps, and you fell to your back, kicked your heels against the floor, pounded your fists, and screamed, "Trump! Trump! Trump!" You acted exactly how somebody on X would behave if I made a comment remotely critical of the orange hobgoblin. Blue MAGA.

In other words, you bow to the Democrat's bigotry of lower expectations and the corporate control of our Democracy.

I'm not supporting a white supremacist. Trump is a walking Rorschach test. His supporters and his detractors all project what they subconsciously see in him? Me? all I see is a demented old orange hobgoblin and I refuse to let him live rent free in my head.

And you are totally Blue MAGA, and I don't think you're all that bright either. But I love you anyway.

Actually, I'm a fan of Dr. Huey P. Newton and Eldridge Cleaver. In fact, The Black Panther Charter was signed in my living room some 50 years ago. My politics reflect those of my neighbors, both the OG and New Gen Panthers.

Yes.. The Democrats blame the Republicans, and the Republicans blame the Democrats, and they vote as a block and pretend they don't. There is only one way to see what's what. Everything I say can be backed through the Congressional record. Happy research. www.congress.gov/congressiona...

The answer here is simple. Stop defending the billionaires. You'll be amazed at how quickly prices will go down if you lower Bezos' cut.

And I answered all of them—every single one. I'm not sorry if it wasn't the answer you were looking for. And I will decide who is and who is not my enemy.

Ah, military. I thought I smelled that. I sympathize. My father was career law enforcement. It took years of therapy before I recovered from that. The first thing I had to learn was that criticism of my politics is not an attack on me. You have no right to accuse me of supporting Trump.

Oh, I know. But it's going to hurt you a lot worse than it's going to hurt me. I have no financial interests in offshore manufacturing. And the American middle class doesn't fix anything until it's irreparably broken. So, the faster it crashes, the sooner things will get better.

You haven't asked any questions; you deflected my statements. In other words, you are not discussing, you're trying to force me into an emotional response so you can beat me down.

Congress needs to do the job it was elected to do: get the jobs back on US soil, get people out of the tents in the street, and get them into gainful employment.

Excuse me, didn't the Democrats lose to Trump twice? Once was bad enough, but shit happens. Twice is simply disgraceful. And it wasn't even two consecutive losses. You had four years to shine, and you screwed it up. Maybe you should start listening to the voters, so you have a chance in 2028.
comment in response to post
I don't care where the jobs are, whether they are in Canada or Timbuktu. The Founders of this nation wrote tariffs into the Constitution to protect our economy, and we need the tariffs back. Of course, we can expect Trump to screw it up, but a bad start is better than no start at all.

This was way before that pissant Musk. He was just one of the parasites who benefited from it. So was Besos. Hillary Clinton was Walmart's counsel, and the Waltons made billions when Clinton's idiot husband signed those treaties. I'm 67 years old and remember it.

What? Don't you remember NAFTA and the other trade agreements that destroyed the American Working Class? Don't you remember that idiocy? Or when the Chinese took over tech? Maybe you're not old enough. Research, meaning, get a library card and ask the reference librarian.
comment in response to post
It's amazing to see how many people working this hard to prevent tariffs that might bring jobs out of China and back to the US. The fact you're complaining that it's Trump is the poisoning the well fallacy on steroids.

I've been a professional salesman for 30 years. I learned that more than half of all television news is paid PR copy. Yes, CNN is as trustworthy as FOX. I get my news from the Irish Times and financial news from the Swiss papers. I stopped wasting my time on American media.

What you're ignoring is Trump has substance-induced dementia (snorting Adderal); he's more capable of learning than Biden and his type of dementia. Trump was able to change and save lives. Biden is incapable of learning and revoked the life saving measures out of pure pettiness.

Middle Class is Middle Class. Privilege is privilege. And to answer your question, yes, I'm visually impaired.

Isn't that what you said to the homeless guy rummaging through your recycling? You know, just before you called the cops? Maybe you might try checking your white middle-class entitlement and listening. Maybe then the blue faction might have a chance in 2028.

Oh, I see. In your limited worldview, there are only us and them, and I'm them. Keep voting blue and come back to me after you end up on the street sleeping on cardboard.

I know. That's why families are living in the street in my neighborhood. It's why COVID deaths in West Oakland went up. The Democrats don't care any more than the Republicans. This is also why Trump ate your lunch this election.
comment in response to post
When did I say I supported Trump? Personally, I think making him spend another four years in the White House is Elder Abuse. He's just a poor, senile old bastard whose family is letting him run feral. The fact that he's president is beyond my control; it's another symptom of a decaying empire.

When you stop and think that nobody had the basic humanity to say, "Gee, Bill, we're sorry that happened to you, it really sucks," explains why there are food stamps.

Yep, I knew it. If I gave you 55 years of the Congressional Record as a paper book, you'd use it as a doorstop and never even crack it open. Just for the record. I'm a retired salesman with thirty years experience and I blog about the kind of crappy propaganda you just hit me with.
comment in response to post
And the Democrats didn't? Here, consider this my gift to you. If it were a paper book, you'd probably use it as a doorstop. But you'll find all US legislation going back to the Nixon administration. They'll have the Nixon and Kennedy years online soon. www.congress.gov/congressiona...
