Yes! We can all find out when our upcoming local elections are, who is running, what their platforms are, and share that info with our neighbors (safely of course). This is part of my plan. We can’t do everything but we can all do something.

Funny enough, my birthday is January 6th. There will never be another birthday where I don’t loudly express my disdain of the insurrection to my congressional leaders. Trust I will not forget that date.

Absolutely. I’m 30 now and expect to spend the rest of my life fighting this bs. Part of me wishes I’d been smart enough to start resisting before I left high school, that I shouldn’t have been so comfortable in privilege. the “grownups” failed me; I don’t want to fail future gens. I want better.

It kinda feels like we breathed our last in 2016. It was my first election and I just sobbed that night because I felt what was coming. (folks had the audacity to say I was overreacting when I said people will die because of him). I hate being right about it. I’ll keep fighting but I mourn often.

My theory is similar. It does feel like they knew it wouldn’t be effective to challenge the count until people saw (again) how awful he is. I wish it didn’t take so many deaths for people to care. Also in my knowledge of cults, it never ends peacefully, they like to go out with theatrics. Scary shit

Yep! Also noting the guy who “studied” this in ‘98 had his medical license revoked, and the “study” had a sample size of 8. Obviously he didn’t really find a correlation, but even if he had, 8 people isn’t enough to prove significance. I believe he also fled to US but not positive about that.

yep. my grandparents believed him that covid wasn’t that bad and my grandma died for it. grandpa has lifelong oxygen machine dependence because it triggered old lung issues he got from working in factories without regulations. as far as I know he still supports DT but I stopped calling him.
