But why is potty training delayed?
I mean; diapers are expensive for young parents! One would think you'd be making effort to get your child potty trained as soon as possible.
And look at some Asian countries; children potty trained before even turning 1yo!

-Is it that diapers are so comfortable now that it delays the wet-discomfort sensation for children?

But also, perhaps; a cultural phenomenon. Where I'm from; it's common courtesy to follow up and give updates to customers, regardless of business.
