Starting a job but I have to leave training early for a job interview

Today I saw multiple bikers going the opposite direction of traffic in single way bike lanes and I really don’t know who is convincing people that it is safer to do this. Ride with traffic. You’re a lot easier to see and plan for. 🚲

Trying to leave #allegiantstadium last night was terrible because there are essentially two options for getting back to your hotel: You park a car to go sit in traffic, or you wait an hour for an Uber so you can sit in the same car traffic. Please, #Vegas and all US Cities, improve mass transit.

My wife isn’t super happy with the bike position and neither am I honestly, but this was the only way to fit all our vehicles in the garage.

Culver’s in the US reminds me of A&W in Canada

Hello

Have you ever heard of AI?

At my first community bike ride event #community #bikewalk #orem

I believe that a lot of what humanity needs is to understand that it is OK to be wrong, admit it and change for the better.

I’d be okay with Walmart raising the prices of everything by 10 cents if they used that money to actually maintain their carts

Did we learn nothing from the award winning movie Wall-E?

Look Trump might be golfing while the market crashes, but have you ever considered that Obama wore a tan suit once?

Did we all just forget about that whole group chat thing #signalgate because of the next horrible thing this administration caused? #marketcrash Let’s not forget that both of those things happened amongst all the other awful things they have done so far.

Those who studied economics are probably just going insane today huh

He tariffed the penguins 🐧

Trump supporters getting real quiet now that EVERYTHING is getting more expensive

I’ll never complain about the length of a speech again after seeing Cory Booker 😮‍💨

The bike lane usage nobody ever talks about...

I’d love it if even one of the hand sanitizer dispensers on campus worked

Excited to see that my school is adding a two way bike lane across the stretch of campus, removing street parking along the way. 🚲 Sad it’ll only be finished after I graduate.

Took me less than a year to get more followers on Bluesky than 11+ years on Twitter. Granted, they’re both very small numbers but still interesting to see how real the engagement is here.

I’ve never been able to explain to someone that sometimes I want to visit a city just to be in the city. I don’t wanna have to justify what I “want to do” because I just wanna explore.

The other day my dad told me that my grandpa basically “invented bike commuting” because he biked to his job at the Pentagon in the 70s, which is pretty cool.

Got honked at by a right turning trucker while I was just going straight in a painted bike lane. Then got the finger of course because how dare I try to not get mowed down by him.

If I say “I think every child deserves to have school lunch regardless of their parent’s financial status”, you should not be able to infer who I vote for, but I guess that’s the way it is.

I didn’t want to read into the politics today for my own sanity but now it’s too late and I’m exhausted before 11 AM. Time to shift focus.

I would be mad, but something about this is poetic #bikesky

I saw more bikes out and about yesterday than I have ever seen in St. George. So many people with their various configurations carrying bags or tools or kids. It was great to see! I hope this means the city can start catering to people who get around on two/three wheels.

The current US government would not pass the Civil Rights Act today because it would be considered DEI. Think about that.

Ten days without my bike made me feel so stagnant. Yes I could drive, but I always felt like I was just existing in places and not traveling to them, you know?

“If I could go back in time, I would be the one that kills Hitler” “Okay, do it then”

Preach.

Any bike friends have experience with the Bikeriser product? I need a low profile solution for my garage since it’s pretty narrow with our other vehicles in it. (And no, selling a car is not an option right now) Would love any feedback people have on this or other solutions.

This is not an opinion: if you regularly use the words “woke” or “DEI” to describe things you don’t like, you ARE racist and you ARE sexist.

Can someone just do it already?
