I burned out a few years ago after starting in the early 90s. I never enjoyed it, but I had a knack for it. My low tolerance for nonsense limited any management potential. I now have a hobby project that I enjoy, but it’s for a club I belong to and enjoy very much. All that to say I feel ya.
