Microsoft is asking managers to consider usage of AI tools in performance reviews and is considering formal metrics around AI tool usage. I don’t think usage of any tool, no matter how useful, has ever been a requirement to get a good performance review during my career. This is weird.

I was buying a powerbank, the webshop then gives me an offer for the same powerbank and a USB-C cable for less than the price of the powerbank. Orders of >1000 NOK gives free shipping. However, the webshop forces me to select separate shipping for each item. And then charge me 99NOK for the cable🤯
