The pH is 7.22, which is significantly softer than the tap water here. Those two inline RV water filters I have in serial on the pond water outlet is definitely paying off. And these fish are so gold, that new color enhancing food is doing work. They almost look like they're under blacklight.

Thank you. That's the goal. I just did a bunch of rearranging of the bottom to add a little more zen.

I took out the big ugly filter. I only needed that to get the water this clear. My little filter can maintain it. I rearranged the bottom, have a little more Feng Shui if you will, and the fish are really enjoying it. It's a little murky because I stirred it up

I've just pulled-in my horns, strengthened my position in precious metals, and I'm taking a wait-and-see.

Just too volatile for me. I am not a full time trader, and this is a market where you can take a serious "not gonna grow back" ouchie if you take a phone call or walk the dog.

For weight loss optimization, you can exclude them. For diabetes management, you cannot. So you're still doing well!

Well, as far as the veggies go, remember to to subtract your dietary fiber to get net carbs. Dietary carbohydrate calculations generally involve subtracting the fiber.

Losing my thyroid almost immediately turned my hair gray. And I ended up with huge bald spots. It's just the gift that keeps on taking.

I did super strict keto for like nine months, like less than 30 grams of carbs/day. And now I'm going back on it again after another three months off.

I really like people... ... as long as you marinate them in a nice white wine reduction before you grill them.

I define power in a situation like this as a combination of strength and control. And those young women have both in spades. When she folds out of her handstand at the end, you can really see that core control. Truly impressive.
