Which is why the charges need to be brought in state courts wherever possible. From what I understand, Trump can pardon Federal offenses but not state ones.

NSP had a full-time data security person when I worked there 25 or so years ago. She was responsible for reviewing all code written for NSP to make sure it was secure, among other things. I had to change my code to add logging to satisfy those requirements. This has all the hallmarks of someone /1

Someone didn't read s. 1 of the 22nd Amendment, methinks. The wording is: "No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice..." No mention of consecutive terms.
