One of my best builds so far has been Centurions Scabbard and Umbra Initiative with Bullet King. Centurions is an on-demand 20% ROF buff and Umbra is 40% ROF buff. With bullet king its basically an infinite machine gun that fires as 1200 RPM. Also basically free infinite armor kits.

With the Habsburg pieces or a little more expertise it will one-shot heroic elites before chainkiller. Still kind of your usual Headhunter Determined build at its core.

This is one of the better ones I have come up with so far. I have all of the important bits of this, only thing that would make it better is going 2pc Habsburg for chest and backpack but thats a hard farm because its gotta drop with both the talent I want and HSD attribute.
