Oh, wow. Bruce Springsteen at Anfield last night. LEGENDARY! And a brilliant cover of the Beatles Twist & Shout. What a night. God bless you, Bruce.

Just read an article that said: "the Premier League champions hope to sign..." and I immediately assumed City were after him. Guess that's what 4 consecutive years of being PL champions does. Ah well.

The Ballad of Wallis Island - an instant classic. Beautifully played, funny and with just the right amount of melancholy. Joins Local Hero as one of the very best British films.

That Isco lad looks good - wonder if City have ever thought about signing him? #BETCHE

Assuming we sign 2 midfielders, 2 full backs and a GK, then who leaves: KdB, Grealish, Bernado, Stones, McAtee, Akanji, Ederson Is 7 enough for Pep? I think he'll think the squad is still too big. More out or fewer in?

Who are our leaders next season? No KdB, no Walker, probably no Bernado, Ederson or Grealish. If we don't keep Gundo, we'll have lost so much leadership. Dias, Rodri? Haaland's actions yesterday suggest he's not a leader, Phil hasn't the gravitas yet. Stones, Ake? Always injured. A major concern.

To hear Guardiola talk about how pleased he was with our 'control' is to realise that he will never change. He will continue to demand 30 small passes before we put the ball in the box as this is how he gets control. Meanwhile teams happily sit back, hit us on the break and laugh at us.

Guardiola, eh? Greatest manager ever.
