I've seen a fair few businesses - of all shapes and sizes and ages - brought down by long lead times on the creation and adaptation of their core software products and systems, and traced that back ultimately to slow regression testing. I can't recall a single one brought down by slow typing.

5 or 6 years ago people were telling me that transphobia was only on the rise because it was the last acceptable bigotry. 🤦🏻‍♀️ I said then that it was the far right's foot in the door. What radicalized me against the police are the 2020 George Floyd protests in Brooklyn. Peaceful marches descended into violence as the NYPD rioted. They pepper sprayed elected officials and beat protesters with batons. The press blamed us for it. I've never trusted the media on protests since.
