We (ie average Joe) are 8% better off than we were in 1970. Great news? Yes, but better for the richest 0.01% who are 4000% better off.
Tax the rich.
Now.

How can it be fake news when I and millions of others saw it unfolding on tv? Imbeciles.

You must be minted if you’re going to B&Q.

Ah but “the right to bear arms” trumps the bullet holes in young people ((excuse the pun - relevant though it may be)).

Musk is the living embodiment of the old saying that money does not mean happiness.

You can be certain of one thing. Any ‘deal’ won’t be to the UK’s benefit.

Is this why we pay more than any other European country for the privilege of having a royal family?

As a Town fan, a failing memory could be an asset at the moment.

As long as you didn’t require a call of nature and hadn’t attended the game in wellies 😳

Unfortunately, money talks louder than decent, caring politicians.
T’was ever thus.

Well you wouldn’t expect a former Rhodesian police officer to have racist views now, would you?

You don’t know what to take in any more. So much fake, AI, doctored material around. Hopefully it will eventually bring about the end of “social” media as we know it.

The U.S. just trying to get their sticky, thieving paws on other country’s assets. Nothing new to see here. Pariah state in full flow.

Hopefully it’s because it can’t keep up with the numbers defecting from you know where. 🐥

Has the lift been fixed yet? Going on for two years now. Some disabled persons have had to go past Bolton to the next station, then come back to another platform where the lift works. Very poor treatment indeed.

There was a sizeable number of Thewlis young men who were prevalent at Lascelles Hall CC during this era. I wonder if they were part of the extended family. Two played for Yorkshire.

He can’t keep this up for four years. He’ll implode. Let him get on with it.

I think I was quite understated. You could say “you’re not allowed to say that” if I’d suggested that he was the ugliest bastard ever to set foot on a football field, but I wouldn’t dream of saying that.

I think you’re getting the punishments likely for City mixed up with those for Reading, Bury, Macclesfield, Coventry etc etc. City are the Trump of English football. They are untouchable.

His body language at Brentford was appalling. I’d have had him out of the door. He’s a fair weather player and a bully of weaker teams.

My friend Andy (Hay) says exactly the same. He’s 70 like me, and loves his job.

Nice to see that the puss filled gang of deranged Tories who lost them the election, are still actively working to destroy their party.

Of course they are. I don’t remember reading about Bad Enoch driving half the length of the country to pick up
A domestic violence victim, and deliver her to a safe place. Her detractors have nothing except the belief systems of the utterly gullible.

You have to take into account who watches GMB. Most intelligent, free thinkers are out at work, and many pensioners, like me, would rather spend the day in an ice bath than watch it. I also wonder how many voters will have changed their minds now that Musk has handed Fuhrerage his arse on a plate?

Musk is a dangerous Individual who hates the UK. He will use his obscene wealth and power to undermine our democracy.
The problem is that large swathes of our electorate are so dim that they hang on to his every word.

I think that the page in question was entitled, “How the BBC reports on the Labour Party’s achievements”. The page entitled, “How the BBC reports on the Labour Party’s mistakes” is fully functional.

Please could you find sufficient grandad/lad pics for the rest of the season? If not, careful selection of key games would be appreciated.
