Thank you so much!! That is so nice of you. If you do want to start a deep dive, id recommend its forum thread (largest and most detailed archive for Phtanum) :D specevo.jcink.net/index.php?sh...

The final leap of the exhibition: a large banner talking about specevo as a genre, mentioning numerous other projects by other people.

Two more infotablets talk about plant color around different stars and exoplanet types respectively.

A few steps further, one encounters a large map of the planets landmasses divided into biomes.

A few steps further, one encounters an infotablet talking about deuvertebrate bones, as well as a life-sized replica of a pill doof, one of Phtanums smaller deuvertebrates. A piece of pyrite (the mineral that makes up deuvertebrate bone) is displayed as well.

One is confronted with a monumental scene- a windwhale, hunted by ramjet dragons, crashes to the ground. Below, an infotablet covering similarties between earthen snd phtanumian fauna is located.

A clade tree of deuvertebrates. This animal grouping is considerably more diverse than earthen vertebrates.

Head on, one is confronted with five of Phtanums many biomes. Dozens of critters hide in this enormous illustration. Below is an infotablet talking about phtanumian groups of life and deuvertebrate anatomy.

On the left, a massive banner showcases the Phtanumian system. Below them two infoplate clusters: one introduces the project, the other talks about Phtanums climate.

Entering, one is immediately confronted with the „Wall of Life“ - a massive conglomeration of over 100 phtanumian critters.

Because its healthier to destroy the part that cringes rather than destroy the part that is cringe I have learnt to unapologetically be myself and not give a shit what others think about me >:3 That said, I shall represent catgirls far and wide /lh

So little light reaches the bottom of biomat jungles that creatures produce their own ;)
comment in response to post
It can shove itself through the biomat using those thick bony hand-fins like a mole, but it mostly stays stationary! I do have aquatic creatures planned (many, many new ones), but there wont be aquatic biome showcases as of now- maybe that‘ll change sometime in the farther future :D

You can threaten me with death or kill me. But you cannot kill a fact. You cannot kill the reality that one day, your reign of terror will bite the dust. And then we will be free. Perish among the changing world. You are a dinosaur.

Ideally, somewhere around spring to summer! April/May, or something along those lines.

Nope! The head of the imago forms from the top of the pupa / polyp. That whole two-body thing that went on back then is long decanonized.
