We are failing.

Now exactly why was the National Guard needed? This is more controlled than the Rodney King riots.

So there are MAGA loyalists in LAPD.

And the first person to die was…a freed black man.

These protesters are ready for them. It looks like they have been preparing for something like this for awhile. I’m not surprised.

Thanks to Trump Regime, most definitely. It was once a decent agency, now, it’s not.

It’s Ted Cruz, you know the guy who ran to Mexico when Texas’s electrical grid was damaged by that winter storm?

Of course they are..and MAGA will fall for it.

Again: these people are not conservatives. They are power hungry fascists. They are right wing, but are NOT conservatives. Adam Kizinger, Liz Cheney, Mitt Romney are conservatives. The Proud Boys are not. Hawley is not. Hell, the only Rep who is conservative is Massie. The rest, pshaw.

Did they reach out to the other governors or did they make it partisan? I’m willing to bet they just made it a partisan issue for political points. If they did, then those consultants need to be fired because this abuse of power is a national issue across partisan lines.

You forgot some people: the Democrats are also guilty of this syndrome.

It is but is he going to legally challenge Trump’s decision to federalize the national guard or just sit back and do nothing? My bet is he isn’t going to do anything. Oh as far as the Marines? Posse Commitatus is still the law and it prohibits deployment of military troops for law enforcement.

Musk has already done that…last I heard she quit DC and left with him. I think that’s why Miller is lashing out now, a damn immigrant took his wife.

This wasn’t written by him. It’s too coherent. This was a statement put out by Miller. Noem isn’t smart enough to do something like this nor is Patel or Bondi. The latter is venal the other a sycophant. We all know the regime is lying, well those with a working brain.

Look at the way they are standing, their body posture is not of confidence, but of people who are frightened. Scared of the situation. Thank god it was non lethal because if it was a gun, that guy would have been shot. Damn you Trump and Miller. Damn you to the darkest pit for causing this.

There are some out there. I have subscribed to a few. Think there’s even a feed for it too.

Johnson, it is. You know it is so stop thinking we the people are stupid. We are not in Louisiana nor are we all MAGA.

Been there. When they feel they have power, they will exert it. No one is holding them accountable. If we survive, there will have to be serious reform in the federal police.

He’s a protege of Thiel which is why he knows Musk. Come to think of it, I bet Musk was the one who told Trump to put him on the ticket. As for his corruption? I believe every word of it. He oozes corruption.

Radical plans? The most blatantly racist plans are his. He’s also probably the point man for controlling Trump.
comment in response to

If someone does, and they probably will, that blood is on your hands. Your racism is what causing this country to fall apart. This isn’t the 50’s or 60’s or even before. Your ideology belongs in the dustbin.

Yeah I do remember. He is the MAGA’s answer to Newsome: both bereft of principles beyond getting power. Someone put him in the position he is in because Trump has no clue.
comment in response to

Requires someone to have the courage to call for it. Newsome doesn’t and anyone who thinks he will is wrong.

Never thought I would see this happen in my lifetime even though I said it was going to happen. Contradictory I know, but despite my despair, I had slight hope that there would be some generals willing to stand up and do the right thing and not enable him. That is not the case any longer.

They shouldn’t abd FIFA should just hold the World Cup in Canada and Mexico. Anyway, it’s moot, by the time it rolls around, the US will be under martial law and on the way to being a modern version of 30’s Germany.

Doomed to fail? Here is a bubble? Is this opinion writer serious or are they perhaps figuring out that there is anger out there and people really wanted an alternative to Twitter/x? I’m no liberal, though by MAGA standards I am. I never liked Twitter, but here I am enjoying it.

Uhh what did you think was going to happen? Miller said this was going to happen. Project 2025 said this was going to happen. Trump said this was going to happen. You’re an idiot for thinking this wasn’t going to happen.

He can’t handle the truth. I had hopes that he would be the sane one in this regime, those hopes have long been dashed. His legacy is just as trashed as McConnell’s. They betrayed the country, their oaths, their principles, and the Constitution.

It is in shithole countries that he rails against because he wanted the US to become like them so he could make even more money.

Matt Walsh is racist at all is he? Has he even talked to the immigrants? Or are they just pieces of furniture in his eyes, background to make his life easier? I have and learned a lot. Maybe he should try to do the same before spewing out such vitriol.

Leavitt, be quiet. He’s a better person than you are. You’ve been tainted by your lies and obsequious behavior to Trump.

Then take off the masks from ICE/HSI. Anyway, someone must’ve told him they were already there to get him quiet, like you do with toddlers on long trips or kids on field trips. They didn’t think he would go on a rant. Dementia?
