The more I read about the Trump tariffs, the more I am convinced he’s as dumb as a rock. Lesotho, one of Africa’s poorest countries has a 50% tariff. Why? Because they make textiles & export to the US. They also mine diamonds. They are too poor to buy American, hence the deficit.
