You’ll want to shoot things if you want anything except the computer’s guess of the average of other stuff.
Audiences will be able to smell the AI, and they already don’t like it.
(It’ll be used, yes. But much less than everyone’s saying. Faster vfx, quick fixes. Not the whole frame.)

Ha! Yeah, how about you give those notes directly to your AI, and we’ll see if it can match our years of experience finding the “note behind the note?

“Make my thing look exactly like the other things” is not the business I’m in. And if some studio or ad agency is, they’re about to find out why it’s a bad idea.

I should have called it X instead of Twitter. The Twitter I loved is long gone.

Twitter has an algorithm that promotes right wing disinformation. Bluesky has no algorithm.
If people want to see right wing disinformation here, they can. On Twitter, they have to. That’s the difference.

On my current Avid show, I have said out loud to several people “This is not a professional tool in 2025.”
Sorry, but I should expect to be able to work quickly and efficiently with layers in an NLE. Editing within the frame is a given now.

I would love to know more about which celebrities turned down which offers. Who told the Trump inauguration they wouldn’t perform for any amount of money? Who refused a joyride on Bezos’s space Versailles? Who passed on walking the White House Media red carpet?

You'd think there would be a business model for films that rent/sell on demand to also rent/sell the commentary as an add-on. If I rented the film for $4-6, I'd gladly pay another $2-3 just to hear the commentary.

Same with screening rough cuts. I don’t think audiences have enough appreciation for how many people below the directors and producer can influence the creative direction.

This is a serious post, btw. I'm no business genius, but I'll bet this creepy facist dipshit will not create the world's biggest company with bullshit sharper image toys like robot bartenders.

There are Trumpers and anti-Trumpers everywhere. It’s great for Staten Island to see their neighbors march against this stunad.

Is this true? Is Adobe lobbying for a return to deceptive sign-up
and cancellation practices?

Listen, it’s still cool. It’s still a big achievement on the set. But the truth of “invisible” post and marketing don’t always mesh well.
