Ain’t no way Zelensky was going to tip off Trump of his future plans.

Yeah, if the developer owns most everything around it, it seems like a sound investment for him considering the value it brings to the area as a whole.

Him dedicating 40 hours a week to Tesla won’t fix Tesla’s problem. Probably actually magnifies it.

We total 6 at my house. If we can make two of the kids happy with the meal, it’s a success. Dinner is hands down the worst part of the day. Just trying to think about what to make is the biggest chore of the day.

No offense to your uncle, but from what I understand from social media, he’s doing it all wrong.

How much time does that leave him for homeschooling his eight kids, growing and cooking all organic, including making his own cheese and milking his cows, and filming it all to turn into small clips to post online?

Can you imagine if you had animals? You could never leave unless you had a farm hand. Our friends have a side business raising beef cattle. Can’t imagine that slog.

8 kids, a full social media platform curated for clicks and likes, a working farm, and they somehow do it all alone. Give me a break. The hours spent putting together the reels and social posts is a full time job itself.

They never hold them accountable. Just move on to the next question like it was nothing.

I say you serve in the military, you do your time, you’re a citizen. It’s amazing to me we allow people to enlist and serve and not offer that privilege.

If there was ever a court to entertain such nonsense and side with Trump, it’s this Roberts’ clown court. May his legacy be forever tarnished.

Don’t worry. Rather than telling 2% of the population they can no longer grow alfalfa, and handsomely pay for their water rights, we can just pump in water from the Pacific Ocean at probably 25X the cost.

But these figures, 3.5 games separate first from worst. Seems like a pretty close league.

My buddy Dave could start his old CJ-7 with a popsicle stick and then just toss it out the window. I loved that jeep, if people only knew how easy it was to steal.

I was good friends with Brent in college. I hoped Blake might be more like Mitt. Sadly it doesn’t appear he has the backbone for it.

Knowing I might have to grab a couple people to give me a running push anytime I was in the valley as opposed to the bench really made me make choices as to what places or activities I wanted to do.

I had a Jeep Cherokee in college with a bad starter. I strategically parked on campus everyday in a parking lot with just enough of a hill to get a good rolling start. Parked the same way at home. Couldn’t kill the engine to fill up. The funny thing is, I think it ended up costing like $350 to fix.

It sucks out there. My wife’s siblings were just young enough to miss out on being able to buy anything affordable. Good education, good jobs, prices in SLC through the roof and unattainable. All because they were too young to buy before things went nuts.

We moved out of state and wanted a place to return to in the event we moved back. I’ve actually had great tenants. They average 3-4 years each, treat the home well. We have been super lucky. But managing from 1500 miles away isn’t ideal at all.

If we could see it, we’d likely see a huge purchase of Trump Coin out of Mexico recently. There’s never going to be accountability.

How much Trump Coin did the Saudis commit to buying on the side?

I wish. My wife always tells me we are practically subsidizing rent, current tenant knows it and doesn’t have plans to leave any time soon.

It’s his version of sucking up to Trump. It’s amazing the depths people will sink to when they lose their ability to feel shame.

Koop was big and memorable because I believe he was the one to institute the warning labels on cigs. There can’t be any other reason we learned the surgeon general’s name in elementary school.
